For major European and American countries, we will use "Express" service, with an average delivery time of 6-10 business days after shipment. However, please note that actual delivery time will depend on each country and customs clearance.

For all other countries, your parcels will be shipped by international post service, and it will usually take about 15-20 working days to arrive. If you are unsure about the delivery time, please send an email to support@xanxanbeauty.com.

When will my order ship?
Typically, your order will ship within 24-48 hours after being received. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. For urgent orders, please send an email to support@xanxanbeauty.com for assistance in advance. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcels on our website using your order number or tracking number.
