Quality is the heart of who we are. XanxanBeauty is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If our product doesn’t perform for you, we’ll take it back.If you’re having second thoughts, don’t worry, you have 60 days from the delivery date to return it. Below are the conditions in which returns and exchanges are acceptable, please email us before you go ahead with any return or exchange. No restocking fees!

HOW TO RETURN?

Step 1. Download and complete the Return Form, and include it with your return. If you can’t download it, email us at support@xanxanbeauty.com and we will email it you.

Step 2. Include the manufacturer’s packaging and leave all tags intact.

Step 3. You can use your local shipping service to ship the package back to our Chinese Factory. Make sure your return is well packaged and properly insured.

REFUNDS

If you requested a refund, you will be notified via email within 7 business days of receipt that your refund has been processed. It can take up to an additional 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.

EXCHANGES

For fast service, prefer to return and place a new order online, so that we can ship your new item right away. Exchanges will be shipped out to you within 3 – 4 days after receiving the exchange active wear and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare occasion that your item is damaged in transit, or that you receive the incorrect item, please contact us via email at support@xanxanbeauty.com

CANCELLATION of ORDER

To cancel an order, please contact Xanxan Beauty as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
